Course Description:

The Lost Art of Leadership is a book of solutions. It is a much-needed guidebook that explains not only the principles, but also the mechanics and techniques of effective leadership.

You will be introduced to three aspects of great leadership:

  • MODELING
  • MENTORING
  • MULTIPLICATION

If you are ready to turn leadership frustration into productivity with peace; if you’re ready to turn average people into a Dream Team; if you’re ready for a Biblically based model where both the people and the organization win, you’re ready for The Lost Art of Leadership!

Course Description

Developing a giving church is based on the Biblical understanding of stewardship. Stewardship is simply the wise management of God’s resources.

Toler and Towns believe that giving is a reflection of our obedience to God’s will revealed in our lives. They emphasize in their book:

  • Developing a Giving Environment
  • Casting a Vision for a Giving Church
  • Developing Committed Steward Leaders
  • Expanding the Giving Base and much more

The heartbeat of this study is to provide vital information about stewardship to the learner. This knowledge will impact the student as he/she interacts with the body of Christ as a future Pastor or Church leader.

Course Description:

What separates good Churches from great ones? Real truth is always worth digging for, and usually eludes conventional wisdom and superficial statistics. More members aren’t the answer. Nor are more programs or a burgeoning bank balance. Backed by rock-solid, leading-edge research, Barna shows you how highly effective Churches get that way—the principles and practices they share in common that set them apart.

In this study the student will learn the following:

  • Ensuring that Leaders Direct the Church
  • Facilitating Genuine Worship
  • Holistic Stewardship
  • Serving the Community

A habit is a repeated behavior. Highly effective Churches have a transforming impact on people’s lives because they have developed habits that facilitate specified ministry outcomes—outcomes that are consistent with Scripture and that emphasize life transformation. Students will walk away with a greater knowledge in what it means to develop positive habits that build the Church!

Course Description:

  • Communication: Ministry means Messaging
  • When Conflict Comes Calling
  • Life Under the Law: Navigating Legal Issues in Ministry and More

The student after taking this course will be more capable of navigating the Church business on a daily basis. They will also be equipped to handle adverse situations should they occur. A must study for the serious church Leader.
