How do I access my courses?

Once enrolled, you can access your courses from the Student Portal. Log in and navigate to "My Courses" to view all your enrolled courses.

How do I submit assignments?

Go to your course, navigate to the assignment section, and click "Submit Assignment". Upload your files and submit before the deadline.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I contact my instructor?

You can contact your instructor through the messaging system in your course portal, or by emailing them directly using their contact information provided in the course details.

What are the system requirements?

Our platform works best with modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You'll need a stable internet connection and JavaScript enabled. For video content, we recommend a minimum download speed of 2 Mbps.

How do I track my progress?

Your progress is automatically tracked as you complete lessons and assignments. You can view your progress in the "My Courses" section or on your student dashboard.

Can I download course materials?

Yes, most course materials are available for download. Look for the download icon next to each resource. Some materials may be restricted by your instructor.
